Henry G. Garrard III is an experienced Athens personal injury and plaintiffs’ litigation lawyer at BBGA. He is Co-lead counsel for the largest multi-district litigation in U.S. history, and has handled many complex injury claims including medical malpractice and products liability cases, qui tam litigation, tort liability, and class action lawsuits. This is Garrard’s 16th consecutive year to be chosen for inclusion on the Super Lawyers List.
Drew Hill has been selected to the Super Lawyers List 16 years. Rob Huestis has been selected as a Georgia Super Lawyer for the sixth straight year. Michael Ruppersburg has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Star List for 8 years. Ruppersburg has secured over $20 million in verdicts and settlements and in 2018 alone secured more than $3.5 million for clients in premises liability, car, and tractor-trailer wreck cases.
