We represent lenders and certified development companies in closing U.S. Small Business Administration loans, and currently have a member of the firm designated by the SBA as a closing attorney for the SBA 504 loan program, which provides long-term, fixed rate financing for qualified businesses. We also represent lenders in government-guaranteed programs, such as USDA Rural Development Business & Industrial loan transactions.
