  • Small Business Association (SBA) Lending

We regularly work with small businesses on acquisition and loan transactions. We represent lenders and certified development companies in closing U.S. Small Business Administration loans, and currently have a member of the firm designated by the SBA as a closing attorney for the SBA 504 loan program, which provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for qualified businesses. We also represent lenders in government-guaranteed programs, such as USDA Rural Development Business & Industrial loan transactions.
