At Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C., we are proud to announce that our attorney and shareholder, Molly Talley, has been appointed to the Northeast Georgia Synovus Advisory Board. Her first meeting will take place on March 17th, and we are confident she will bring valuable insight and leadership to the role.
Molly is a highly respected attorney with a strong focus on residential and commercial real estate, secured transactions, and business law. Notably, she is the only U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Designated Attorney in the Athens area, a distinction that highlights her expertise and dedication to serving businesses in our community.
A proud University of Georgia alumna, Molly earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 1994 and her Juris Doctor from UGA School of Law in 1998. Beyond her legal work, Molly is an engaged member of the community, contributing to various professional, charitable, and civic organizations. She and her husband reside in Athens and together, they have four children.
We are thrilled to see Molly take on this leadership role and know she will serve with the same dedication and excellence that she brings to BBGA and her clients every day.
Honoring Mike Morris for His Years of Service
As we celebrate Molly’s appointment, we also want to recognize one of BBGA’s retired shareholders, Mike Morris, who is retiring from the Northeast Georgia Synovus Advisory Board after 14 years of dedicated service.
Mike joined the Board in 2011 while practicing real estate law at BBGA, where he built a distinguished legal career after joining the firm in 1989. Though he retired from our firm in 2021, his impact continues to be felt both within our legal community and beyond.
