BBGA Shareholder Sara Schramm will be speaking on a panel for the upcoming Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) webinar entitled “What I Wish my Paralegal Knew.”

The webinar is scheduled for August 27 at 2 p.m.

MTMP Connect offers free webinars designed exclusively for plaintiff practice. The webinars are interactive and allow attendees to ask questions in real time. Each session is focused around topics that would have been discussed at the Mass Torts Made Perfect Las Vegas event in April, which was canceled over concerns of COVID-19.

Mass Torts Made Perfect is a bi-annual conference held in the spring and fall of each year in Las Vegas. Both conferences are designed for individuals working in the area of plaintiff mass torts and class action litigation. The conferences are the largest plaintiff mass torts gatherings in the world, with more than 1,400 participants at each event, covering every type of mass tort and class action topic.

Sara will join five other attorneys for the webinar panel. Her legal practice encompasses a broad range of mass torts.

“I love my work in this firm because we value the individuality of each case and we don’t cut corners,” said Sara.

Sara was reappointed in May by Judge Rodgers in the Northern District of Florida as part of the plaintiff leadership team in 3M combat arms earplug product liability litigation. In addition to representing veterans and service members with hearing loss claims, she also works with the firm’s clients who have been injured by surgical mesh, talcum powder and various other drugs and devices. In Georgia, Sara represents 80 cities and counties in nationwide opioid litigation.

Sara spends much of her time at BBGA working directly with clients in a one-on-one setting. Sara uses her time with clients to gain a better understanding of their unique circumstances which, in turn, allows her to develop a personalized plan of action for each case. With more than two decades of legal experience, including time spent on both the defense and plaintiffs’ side of personal injury mass tort cases, Sara is committed to working towards maximum recovery on behalf of each of her clients.
