Pam Dillard

Pam Dillard is an experienced real estate attorney at Blasingame, Burch, Garrard, and Ashley. Pam joined BBGA in January 2018, bringing years of experience in traditional law firms and as in-house counsel. The current focus of Pam’s practice is commercial real estate, but she can also assist clients with residential real estate matters, secured transactions, and business matters. Pam has extensive experience drafting contracts and loan documents, title examination and review, and conducting closings. Pam enjoys the relationships she builds with clients, and strives to handle their work effectively and efficiently.

Pam grew up in Valdosta, Georgia. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1988, and worked for another local firm for many years before taking time off to raise her family. She has since returned to the practice of law with a desire to use her experience in new and challenging ways.

Pam has been an active member of the community over the years and is a past and present member of several organizations including Leadership Athens, Junior League of Athens, House Corporation Board Member of the Alpha Alpha Chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity, and Athens Academy Parent Student Organization. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Real Property Law and Corporate Counsel Sections and the Western Circuit Bar Association. Pam is an active member of First Baptist Church Athens, where she has served on numerous committees and boards.

In her free time, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as exercising and reading.
